HM Air Services is a CASA approved Part 145 Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AOM). We have a highly experienced in house engineering team with 3 full time LAMEs (Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers) and 4 apprentices that service and maintain over 25 aircraft to an impeccable standard. As an Authorised Service Centre for Robinson Helicopter Company we are subject to strict auditing and protocols ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety and customer service.

At HM Air Services we carry out complete ground-up rebuilds (2200 hour inspections) of Robinson R22, R44 & R66 helicopters. We conduct 2-3 in-house rebuilds per annum and many more for our clients. Our rebuilds are of the highest standard and we go the extra mile to provide our clients with a machine that is stringently tested and work ready. We offer additional services such as custom interiors and paintwork.

As a part of our Authorized Service Center for Robinson Helicopter Company we have direct access to the factory support and parts distribution network. HM Air Services maintains an extensive Robinson parts inventory reducing the effects of downtime in our fleet and maximizing turnaround time for our clients. Through our rotary and fixed wing freight divisions we can supply parts on short notice to almost anywhere in Australia. 

HM Air Services has aircraft and engineering support to undertake field maintenance. In the event of a breakdown we can fly direct to you no matter how remote your location minimising downtime and ensuring you are back flying as soon as possible. 

We maintain a service truck and aerial crane for asset recovery.
